This is THE book on a growth mindset. Many books assist you on the way to teaching a growth mindset in the classroom. This book is a treasure trove of strategies to train your brain to shift into an alpha state or your happy place. It includes a CD to guide you through the techniques–that you should definitely not use while operating heavy machinery. This book will change your brain and your life to enable you remain calm in stressful situations.

If you want additional tools for creating the most effective classroom strategies, this is the book. Mentioned in the least chapter, it takes all the most impactful teacher strategies and details each of them. You’ll find it a nugget of wisdom for your classroom. Great for summer reading!
